This certification service is to acknowledge the Feng Shui quality of a space or a project that I have personally consulted on, giving benefit to the building for my clients, family members, staff members, guests as well as their tenants and buyers. 

Feng Shui property certifications are an extremely powerful way to boost the price of your property and enhance any future sale or leasing campaigns for the building and/or land.

All certifications will be issued by Hale Oney – An accredited Feng Shui practitioner and available for purchase only after a Feng Shui consultation has been carried out by Blessed Blue and once all recommendations have been implemented. 

The Property Certification will remain valid for 5 years from the date of issue. It can then be renewed every 5 years by having a follow-up consultation to assess the building’s current conditions, quality, and appearance.

Any renovation, addition, or any kind of structural changes made to a property will cause the Property Certification to expire by default. In this case, a new Property Certification can be obtained after a follow-up consultation has been carried out on the building. All reporting is transferable to new owners or tenants within the 5 year time frame. 

Option One 

Investment / $199 / Available for properties that have been built from scratch or renovated (rebirthed) with Feng Shui architectural design, this certificate proves that the space has been built in the most auspicious way possible, with the healthiest flying stars overlaying important areas of the building and the building has been enhanced with five-element theory design. These properties have been birthed from scratch in complete harmony and balance.

To be eligible to purchase this certification the client needs to provide evidence that they have had a Feng Shui for new build/renovations service and a (land blessing) performed for the site by Blessed blue.

Option Two 

Investment / $199 / Available for existing buildings that have had a Feng Shui consultation carried out. This certificate is a perfect addition to existing floor plans where a report has been issued to the owner including: 

A flying star chart for the building (this will include information on each star, their locations, and their translations) 

A form and Compass assessment - will give clients a breakdown of each compass sector overlaying their floor plan. 

The relevant elements of each room and how to interior style according to these findings.

This certificate and relevant reporting you have been issued can be passed on to new owners or tenants within the 5 year time frame and can be added to your real estate listings.

To be eligible to purchase this certification, the client needs to provide evidence that they have had a regular Feng Shui consultation carried out by Blessed Blue for the site.
