Hale Oney is the founder of Blessed Blue, with more than a decade of experience, she has become known for being a standout practitioner of Feng Shui, an environmental healer, and a wellness mentor. Having developed her own unique soul-based Feng Shui, Earth Acupuncture and Five Element Healing methods, Hale now consults and trains clients globally.

Hale degrees in Traditional Feng Shui, Holistic Real Estate, Eastern Astrology, Energetic Anthropology and Community Studies. Let's get to know each other a little deeper. I will start by sharing parts of my journey, and telling you details about who I am today.Instead of beginning by telling you what I do or any other "outer" descriptions of myself, I’d rather begin by telling you what my soul looks like from the inside.In colour, I would be a bright golden yellow, peachy, glittery sunset on a beautiful hot summer's day. You might feel my energetic imprint while sitting on the steps along the water at Cronulla beach, this is where I like to spend my time recharging my fire, soaking in the sunlight, watching the ocean and the palm trees surrounding, and wind through my hair, sipping on peppermint tea and dreaming of ATLANTIS, a place I have surely been and haven’t seen or felt in a very long long time.I am a very strong May - Taurus Sun and Aries moon woman, extremely Yang Earth element from eastern astrology and loaded with an abundance of fire and water in my destiny chart. I am a manifestor from human design, life path 9 in numerology but most importantly, I am simply Hale….I believe in destiny (with twists of timelines and human choice) and that our destiny is written in the stars.“Our birth charts (both eastern and western) are like our human instruction manuals and can be visited for troubleshooting during certain chapters of our lives”.

Although at first glance I may present as strong in my human body, I am a very big empath and sensitive to energies. It has taken me 39 years of working on myself to try and find balance with this and I am forever a student. 

I have lived through my share of environmental and energetic obstacles and have nursed myself back to great health each time. I have first-hand experienced that the places we call our homes greatly influence our health and wellbeing. When the structures we choose to live and work in have good building biology, are free from environmental contamination, and have good energy, we can flow through life with support from our earth home.I was born in Wollongong NSW, south of Sydney, and grew up fishing and swimming with my family. For the last 22 years, I have called Southern Sydney my home where I now live with my husband and two beautiful children.

My calling was always to help people heal, it had been this way since I was a little girl, often attracting the most broken of friends and being the light that brought hope back into their lives, by listening, showing up and being a voice to the suppressed and voiceless. I discovered a pattern of people telling me that places felt different after I had arrived, the aura would change, business would flourish, people would become happier, and lives would improve, I later understood this deeply as I discovered my astrological blueprint, holding an abundance of earth and fire energy that would illuminate people back to the light. My name HALE pronounced HA-LEH means the shine around the moon and my parents would tell me often that I was the light in their life, needless to say, there was a pattern of illumination going on in my destiny.

From a very young age, I discovered my love for crystals, energy healing, astrology, and helping people. Having a very YANG and masculine energy, I initially thought that I wanted to be a police officer, this commenced a long journey ahead of studies in community welfare and youth counselling. After working as a security officer for some of Sydney’s most funky nightclubs in the early 20s while I studied and saw the dark side of the human race, the policing dream left as quick as it began, and off I went to work… 

My path led me into retail, the fitness industry, coaching, management, corporate, real estate and finally transitioned me right here to this moment...

Of all the career changes I have experienced during my time, the one thing that remained consistent was my study of all things metaphysics and health. My nights and weekends were filled up with studying and reading, I was addicted to learning. Out of all of the roles I have played in my life, being a mummy to my beautiful baby boy Hasan and princess Zaria have by far been my favourite. I love being a mother and doing all that I can to raise children that are thriving.

As for my childhood, growing up in a very spiritual Turkish household allowed me to express all of my interests very freely, evenings at our home always ended with Turkish tea and stories about our ancestors and the healing work they carried out in turkey.

My mother would perform an evil eye healing session on me and my sibling each Friday night, she would tell me about how she learnt to do it from her grandmother and one day she could pass the wisdom onto me. I would sit in ore and admiration as I watched her take all of the negative energy away from my family and our home.

I recall being around 10 years old when we would get visitors, always offering them Turkish coffee, mums girl tribe would get me to read their coffee cup. I didn't know what I was doing at the time, simply intuitively interpreting the images that I was seeing combined with my highly imaginative Taurus mind, fascinating to discover that these older ladies in their 30s kept coming back to listen to what this little Turkish girl had to say next. Sometimes mum wouldn't let me read the coffee cups, especially if the cup belonged to someone that she knew to have funky energy.... she was very conscious of energy contamination. Only good people with good hearts were welcome. It was all for a  little fun, some people just took it way too seriously. 

If anyone was ever to give me any compliments, mum would very discreetly tell me to do specific actions to counteract any evil eye, these consisted of things such as placing yourself in protection circles, an instant prayer, pinch your bottom (totally understand if you are laughing out loud right now) pinch your right ear lobe and some others that I might just keep to myself. All I knew was, mum knew stuff! Was Mumma a gypsy? she did grow up exposed to gypsies in turkey, or perhaps it was from her own overly superstitious upbringing.

 There are so many stories I can share about my spiritual Turkish upbringing… I understand that these subjects and stories are not for everyone, but they are a large part of who I am. It is my foundation. Over the years I have learned to filter out the unnecessary superstitious aspects of my culture and have held onto the aspects that sit right with me. I believe very strongly in the word balance, balance with prayer, balance with healing, balance with beliefs… everything in life requires balance. 

After having a really good run into my 30s with health and mindset, I hit a wall and came down crashing! Ancient rituals and energy healings were not working to help me feel better, no amount of eating right and physical activity was working, meditation, manifesting, energy healing, none of it was working! I had a loving family with no stress in life… there was no reason I could see for my crash….. except for one thing… the purity of our living environment had been compromised.

My sacred space, my sanctuary, my home… had been compromised with water damage, our city had been compromised with new technologies, our drinking water didn’t feel right our air quality had declined and my health was rapidly declining.

With the knowledge, I had gained from studies in Feng Shui and environmental health, and the energetic knowledge gained from my studies and upbringing, I nursed myself back to health and dedicated my life to helping people thrive. God and prayer was my driver, my education and experience was the fuel.  Blessed Blue has been a sacred space that has nurtured my healing just as much as it has for you.

Over the last decade, I have dedicated my education & career to environmental health, holistic real estate, holistic design, energy healing, five element theory, Feng Shui, eastern astrology, human psychology, spiritual wellness, geomancy and all things metaphysics. 

Although I don’t agree with labels, I became very quickly known as the Energy girl, Feng Shui lady, house whisperer and didn’t mind at all.

I have been studying for a good part of my adult life. From childhood, I have always had a general interest in health, plant medicine, anthropology, rituals, superstitions, different cultures, how various cultures live, what they eat, how they treat energy and healing, how they heal the sick, magic... I wanted to learn it all.

As the years progressed, I discovered that we are surrounded by so many different layers and levels of environmental and energetic stresses, and living a healthy life was so much deeper than just eating right and keeping active, which I believed for a large part of my life, completely asleep to the other influencing factors.

 For the duration of my studies, I was exposed to information that I had NEVER in my life thought about before, this new information completely transformed my life. It changed the way I looked at the energy of spaces and choosing homes was no longer about looking at cosmetically enhanced beautiful buildings.

Environmental Health was a serious game changer for me. My family called it a curse, a curse of knowing too much information about healthy spaces, no home was healthy enough on our hunt for a new dwelling, Sydney was full of sick buildings and over 80% of the population suffered from sick building syndrome and mould illness. 

“Personally, during my time earth side, I have lived through three homes flooding, losing all of my belongings each time. This resulted in my family living in water-damaged buildings and developing severe environmental allergies. I developed mould illness in my late 30s and had to nurse myself back to health during a severe health crisis. Chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS) is very real and strongly dismissed by medical professionals. While dealing with my health crisis, my world came crashing down again when I receive the news that my mother had developed mesothelesimua (asbestos cancer) with exposure from past homes… this was the moment I declared war on disease-causing building materials. 

The building materials throughout our homes were toxic and loaded with chemicals to dumb us down and make us reliant on sick care, the new building materials coming in from other countries were not thoroughly tested for human exposure and I deemed them the modern-day asbestos! The same applied to most of our cosmetic, beauty and household cleaning products. The food we were eating was genetically modified and loaded with pesticides, our air quality was drastically polluted, our drinking water was compromised, the media, film and music industry was feeding us garbage frequencies and everything was working against us.

To survive, we had to heal our homes, design our buildings with purpose and quality materials, heal our energy field, clean up our diets, cleanse our bodies through movement, get familiar with our astrological blueprints and live a low tox, organic, high vibration life. We had to return to the teachings of our ancestors, that was how we were going to restore health and happiness within ourselves and our community, there were layers to this stuff. 

“Escapism through materialism and looking into the mirror trying to cosmetically and artificially enhance the way we looked wasn't going to cut it for me, when our inner energy was contaminated by the layers and layers of dese negative energy, nothing was going to make you feel happy and healthy”. 

Since my journey began, I have been exposed to alternative ideas, the evil eye, energy concepts, astrology, philosophies, universal laws, quantum physics, and metaphysics and have fallen in love with it all! I continued to learn about the body’s electromagnetic field, our super quantum matrix containing information about our ancestral influences, karmic issues, fate and destiny. I discovered astral traveling, spirit animals, our guides, angels, and the power of our human collective consciousness. I constantly searched to understand everything on a deeper level, filtering out the funky and keeping the knowledge that felt authentic.

 And now we are here at this point in time. After years of observing people and life in general, it is clear to me that our environments are one of our soul influencers. Especially the place you call your home.

“There is an unseen world of energy in your spaces, from previous owners, past trauma, illness, arguments, land disturbances, ley lines, energy chords, that you are most likely not aware of however these energies affect you daily. Your home is not just a collection of complex assembled materials for shelter, it is not an inanimate physical structure, unseen vibrating energy fields that go out in ripples and pretty much like the effect you get when you drop a stone in a pool is received and stored in your home. This energy is recorded in the walls, the floor, the ceiling, the furniture, the land, objects and plants, it gets imprinted in the very fabric of the structure of your home, every cubic centimeter of the space you find yourself in, whether it’s solid or seemingly empty space, is composed of infinite energy." 

This energy responds to human thought and intention, a Feng Shui session combined with a Space Clearing for your home can truly enhance and rehabilitate your life on a magical level that really cannot be expressed in words.

I have also completed my 2-year studies of Licencing in the Real Estate industry and am now a fully qualified real estate licence holder. I have combined my Real Estate, Feng Shui and Metaphysics knowledge all into one and now help clients Feng Shui stage their homes when selling and also help buyers when moving into their new space by choosing homes and locations that best suit their elemental needs. I often provide consultations, seminars and training on Feng Shui and its role in many applications, working very closely with real estate agents, builders, architects, interior designers, investors, developers, homeowners, buyers and sellers.

In the world of Feng Shui and generally metaphysics, there is much diversity, for me, any spiritual technique should ideally meet the following criteria:

Be old enough to have been tested over many generations

Exist in cultures far beyond your own

Have a consistent logic in their teachings and applications

Allow for a deeper connection to the natural world

Help you return to the source (god) and return home, back to yourself (healing is an inside job/you have the power inside/nobody is coming to save you)

Come from a place of love and light whereby no humans, animals or mother earth suffers any harm during the process of your healing journey.
