Are you struggling with a difficult Real Estate transaction?
Feng Shui is very effective in the process of buying or selling property. If you are trying to sell a property and you feel that you are doing all the right things but you simply can not make the sale, a Feng Shui consultation will often point out a number of issues that both you and your agent may have missed.
If you are buying a home and feel nervous about the choice you are making, a Feng Shui expert can check the place over and will uncover any potential problems that may cause difficulties further down the road.
There are six things that can slow down the sale of a property:
1) Price 2) Location 3) Market 4) Realtor 5) Feng shui 6) Owners

The Three Hidden Reasons Why Properties Are Difficult to Sell
There are are a number of reasons why a property appears to get “stuck” and difficult to sell. They most common ones are price, location, market, and the effectiveness/ commitment of the realtor.
I would like to educate you about three other essential factors that Feng Shui addresses with great effect.
Geopathic Stress – A naturally occurring phenomena (similar to radon) caused by a distortion in the electromagnetic resonance (8.73Hz) emitting from the earth beneath the building. When the frequency is off, the property will feel strangely off-putting, sometimes cold, and slightly unwelcoming. The severity of the negative feeling can vary from mild and virtually unnoticeable to making you feel dizzy and slightly nauseous. You will often hear clients say something like…
“I liked that house, but there was something about it that didn’t feel quite right… funny I can’t quite put my finger on it”
Properties with GS often have a history of “Bad Luck”… ie. poor health, divorce, bankruptcy, flooding, fire and theft. Properties that are slow to sell, if for no other obvious reason, are often Geopathically Stressed. Geopathic Stress is curable.
Ghosts/Spirits/Predecessor Energy – Again a natural occurrence where the previous inhabitants leave a trail of energy imprinted inside the building in their wake. This is very common and affects more properties than you might think.
Feng Shui refers to the residual presence of the many lives that have lived and died in the property as Predecessor Chi.
Emotional attachment – The unwillingness of people to move or change. You will be surprised by how frequent the issue of unresolved emotional connections come into play.
I have a detailed questionnaire for clients that quickly and easily reveal whether or not any of these 3 factors need to be considered.
